Travis Perkins are one of our relatively new customers, with stores across the country that feature industrial roller shutters, sectional doors, folding shutters, security steel doors, and aluminium customer entrance doors that are all serviced by us to reduce the risk of emergency repairs.
Our annual service contract with Travis Perkins involves attending their 750 sites nationwide over a six-month period, and updating a comprehensive asset register which we created the first time we carried out the service. This continually updated information can then be used to prioritise repairs and renewals in order of urgency by logging any work needed as red, amber or green.
This service was carried out at Travis Perkins’ base in Northampton, where one of the roller shutter doors required servicing. Our engineers removed the guides and realigned the curtain, tested the shutter and left it in full working order, resulting in our customer reporting 5* satisfaction.
